1: Can I get free sample?
Yes, , SinoGuide is glad to offer free samples if you are a qualified and returning customer, however, if the sample is expensive, like large size , SinoGuide has to charge some basic cost of the sample. For the new customer, samples fee will be deducted from the initial bulk order.
2: Does SinoGuide accept small order?
Yes, we consider all orders as a blessing, and we appreciate all buyers as valued dealers, will pay high attention to a small order as a bulk order

3:What if sample or order got damaged in delivery?
All packages will be well packed to avoid damage in delivery. However, damage happens in international shipping, if unfortunately you got the package in broken and damaged condition, do not sign the receipt of the courier company, if you already signed it, take some pictures of the package as an evidence, then we will file the complain to the courier company. SinoGuide will send you new package if you don't get what you order for.
4:Does SinoGuide accept OEM or Customized production?
Yes, SinoGuide is capable in developing products according to your requirements; quotation will be available within 24 hours after getting all the details of desired products.
5: How to order samples?
We are glad to provide samples within 3 working days if you are ordering existing samples by email
6: How to customized a sample?
If you are ordering a unique sample that SinoGuide doesn't have in stock, you need to supply all the production detail, it will be better if you can provide a sample for our evaluation and testing. A customized sample maybe requires new molding, which will cost molding fee. SinoGuide will examine your sampling requirement, then issue a sampling P/I. Sampling may take 1-2 weeks depends on detailed samples.
7: How to place an order?
Pls issue PO to us with detailed quantity and description after the sample was approved by you. SinoGuide will issue Proforma Invoice for confirmation within 48 hours, SinoGuide will start production and arrange shipment accordingly after get the copy of payment.
8:Is there promotion price for big buyer?
Yes, if you are a big buyer in a certain area, SinoGuide will offer you a promotion price, which will help you to start our business there. Long term cooperation buyer will have better prices.
9: How to pay?
SinoGuide only accepts the T/T transfer as company rule. Bank T/T Transfer: T/T payment is called telegraphic transfer or wire /swift transfer. Buyer just needs a banking details including: Bank name, Bank address, SWIFT, Beneficiary, and Account No. before transfer. We prefer T/T bank transfer due to the fast transfer time and low bank commission.
10: Do I need to pay deposit for an order?
For sampling or small order, SinoGuide usually requires 100% full payment before shipping. For bulk order and long-term cooperated customer who needs to pay about 50% deposits for production.
11: EXW-Shenzhen or FOB-Shenzhen or HongKong?
EXW-Shenzhen means buyers collect orders at SinoGuide factory in Shenzhen, buyers pay all the expense from factory to destination, buyers need to do custom clearance with china customs. If buyers have shipping agent (forwarder) in China, they can close the deal under EXW Shenzhen. We usually quote based on EXW Shenzhen, quotation will be available if you require FOB Shenzhen or HK.
12: How to ship the order?
SinoGuide usually sends packages by air, which is fast. There are many good international couriers for options; DHL, UPS, FedEX, and EMS are the most popular. If a buyer has any DHL, UPS, FedEX account, we can ship the package under your account.For bulk order, Hyde usually ship by sea, a sea shipment will require much more Customs and shipping documentation than air shipment.
13: Do I need to pay Customs and Duties?
Import duties, taxes or any other Customs charge are not included in item price or shipping charges; Please Check with your country Customs office to determine what additional cost will be. If there is customs and duties, the buyer needs to pay for it.We would like to mark the package at cheaper value on shipping documents in order to be fast customs clearance, we are not responsible for any customs fee, VAT or any extra taxes it might involve. It is important for buyer to understand the local customs and government regulations before purchase. We are glad to follow your instruction regarding the value on the shipping documents.
14: Customs ClearanceAll
International shipment needs to be cleared in destination Customs. The Customs have the right to hold and inspect your goods according to their policies. Every country's Customs has different policies, and these policies can vary substantially. As an importer, you bear sole responsibility for the clearance of the goods any issues that may arise from an inspection or hold. Typically, the consignee of the shipment is taken as the importer in any problem case. In most countries, depending on the category of goods imported and the quantity or value, the shipment will be assessed for duties and /or sales tax. That is your responsibility as the importer.
15: What SinoGuide can help in Customs Clearance?
We will try best to assist buyers in Customs Clearance, such as providing any document which is needed to by submit from seller. And we will assist you in any process that we know. However, due to the differences in different countries, the importer should acknowledge all the details about their countries' importing and customs regulation.
